We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something is not right, we are here to help.
30-day returns
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
How to start a return
- Email [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We will reply with return instructions and the correct return address for your item.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back.
Please do not send returns to our business office address. Returns must go to the warehouse address we provide in your return instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days after we receive the item. The time it appears on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer.
Return shipping
If the return is due to our error or a defective or damaged item, we cover return shipping. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or wrong items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Items that cannot be returned
For safety and quality reasons, some items may not be eligible for return, including:
- Items that have been installed, used, or show signs of wear
- Items returned without original packaging
- Electrical parts marked as non-returnable
- Fluids, oils, and chemicals that have been opened
- Clearance or final-sale items
Any return exceptions will be noted on the product page.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please start a return and place a new order.
