We want your parts to reach you quickly and safely. Here is how shipping works at LamaDrive.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping rates
- Free standard shipping on orders over $75 (automatically applied at checkout)
- Orders under $75 are charged a flat or calculated shipping rate, shown at checkout before you pay
Delivery time
Standard delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days after your order ships, depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high-volume periods.
Where we ship
We ship within the United States and Canada from our U.S. and Canadian warehouses, so most orders reach you quickly. Some oversized items (for example, tires, exhaust systems, or large accessories) may have shipping restrictions or longer transit times. Any restrictions will be noted at checkout.
Canadian orders
Orders shipped within Canada are fulfilled from our Ontario warehouse where possible. If an item ships from the U.S., any applicable duties or taxes are the customer’s responsibility and are collected by the carrier or customs at delivery.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can also view your order status in your account under “My Account.”
